Katana R9 Devkit samples working!

Ok, after quite a lot of hassle I’ve managed (with a little help!) to get the developer examples from the Katana R9 development kit to compile and link correctly under Windows so they can be uploaded to the Dreamcast via the Serial Interface, this means you can now code DC apps using the Sega Katana Development SDK rather than the (slower, less powerful) Dreamcast Windows CE SDK!
